Summary Cost Report

By entering the employee’s pay rates into the system, the Summary Cost Report will show you the actual labor cost to finish a specific type of garment and whether it cost you more or less than it should have cost you based on the goals you have set.

Activity Report

The Activity Report shows a detailed picture of an employees activity throughout the day including clocking in and out as well as work sessions. Included in the report for each line item is an end gap, which is the amount of time between work sessions. This can help identify employees that are wasting time.

Accumulator Report

With the addition of an Accumulator Sensor, the Accumulator Report compares the piece count totals for a group of stations against the total pieces counted at the end of a line.

Oceanside Cleaners

Michael Harris of Oceanside Cleaners in Jacksonville, FL called me a while back to tell me that he was going to sell his PieceCounters.
